All UK sellers have to accept paypal

If you have paid then tell them you expect them to send the goods

If they dont then open a not received dispute

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

by a few days then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 8 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

You are also covered by the paypal money back gurantee so if you fail for any reason on ebay then open a dispute in papal

You have 180 days to open the dispute on paypal

Open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days

Ebay money back guarantee

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

Then leave the appropriate feedback when it is all sorted out

Do not mention ebay or dispute

eBay UK sellers MUST accept Paypal for all but a few categories like vehicles & real estate

• If an item is not received by the last estimated eBay delivery date then the first thing you should do is contact the seller

• If things cannot be quickly resolved then open an Item Not Received case here : http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

• This will allow the seller a further 8 days to resolve things

• If still not received at the end of the 8 days go back to the case & escalate for eBay to step in

• If the seller cannot prove delivery by online tracking you will be refunded

• Never close a case based on a promise...once closed you cannot re-open

• Ideally do not opt for a replacement, request a refund & then purchase again from the same or a different seller

• If over 30 days or you mistakenly closed a case then open the same case in Paypal & escalate within 20 days - DO NOT CLOSE UNTIL RESOLVED
