Hi everyone  I sold a £500 designer bag and sent it to the buyer via Hermes recorded and signed for delivery. After 2 days the buyer raised a dispute and uploaded pictures of a t shirt saying when they opened the box there was a Bohoo t shirt inside. They clicked a picture with the same box but with the tatty t shirt inside. I have been a member for more than 15 years and have 253 (100% positive feedback). Buyer messaged me saying PayPal have told them to return the item in the same box to me for a refund. How in the world is this possible? I have also reported the buyer on eBay for fraud and explained the whole cooked up fraud story.  Any tips or suggestions from everyone?  ... View more

Hi all I have sold loads of Van's over the years on ebay and have always put van in the title so that if someone local typed in van then nearest first my van would come up and they would see it which is great especially if someone does not know what make they are looking for etc, but now the last 3 Van's I have listed dont come up in the same search and ebay seem to think it's ok but I have explained that no one can see me in van nearest first search ,it seems business are getting a priority  I'm just seeing if this is the case with anyone else because I dont think it's fair.  ... I have tried manually myself and contacted customer services they told me through this numerous times at to no avail I'm going round and round in circles with this nobody can seem to help they will not escalate this and then they say that I am the only one that can change it. The email contact on my account is  **** As you can see this is spelt incorrectly with the Gmail So when I go into my account on my app and asked to change my  email  It takes me to a page to put in my username and password however it will connect to the misspelled email so will not login stays hoops this does not match any ideas   ... Having purchased a western digital ssd i received a cheap counterfeit item, only realising after fitting it to my computer, I know have to pay for the return of an illegally sold item, it is fraudulent to sell items like this. am i now breaking the law returning it knowing it is counterfeit? understandably ebay don't seem to care about this?. try reporting it has been a waste of time.  why don't ebay take fraud and counterfeiting seriously? ...
