I recently sold an item and it was delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery was not accepted by buyer and item returned to post office. As I had not put a return address on it item was destroyed by Royal Mail. Buyer now has gone to eBay for a refund and they have given it although I have tracking to show delivery was not accept. Is there anything I can do? I've lost my item and my money.

Hi just how do ebay hope to servive after 20 years I have been on several occasions treated disgustingly. HERMES say they delivered a item nobody home no safe place given. Coustomer services found against me after over 20 years and thousands of transactions I am suddenly a dishonest individual they also say that they are aware of HERMES incompetence but we are still going to shaft me !!! Yea for the last time the seller posted hermes but advertised Royal mail delivered late and the offensive seller as a mass of NEG. GOODBYE EBAY
