Collection code issues

Hi, does anyone know why I can't get a collection code. I'm pressing the tab that says "get collection code" and it simply does nothing?

Then,  contact eBay Customer Servcies for this,  if you are having problems.  You have to collect  the iterm within 7 days of being notified it is in store.
