I made a purchase and used nectar points as partial payment, unfortunately the item had to be returned, the money was in my account very quickly but the nectar points have not been refunded, I have contacted e bay representitives on three occasions and they have done absolutely nothing, they are always preaching on how accounts should be run and how buyers and sellers should be treated, but clearly cannot follow their own advice, it is not possible to raise a complaint against them on the resolution centre, i feel the only thing left is to close my account, can anyone offer advice please.
