eBay returns

Hi all,

In the last week, I have received 2 eBay returns however I did not sell these items.

Also, the items are from the same seller.

I know there is some sort of scam going on but how did I stop this seller using my address?

Thanks

This seems to be becoming a habit, and all I can suggest is that you report to ebay using Help & Contact.

I can't understand exactly what the scam is but I assume it is to avoid making refunds, but we don't see the other side of it, by that I mean complaints from buyers who have not got a refund.

I can only assume that the buyers are foolish enough not to go through the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, and post at their own expense to an address supplied by the seller.

Are the packages addressed to you by name? Can you not refuse to accept them? Can you mark as Not Known at this address and put back in the post?
