Hi,   I am trying to list an item but for whatever reason, its coming up with    CATEGORY Business, Office & Industrial > Video Broadcasting & Recording > Production SwitchersChange category Variations We don't support variations for auction-style listings. To use variations, change the format to fixed price.   I have gone for auction-style listing option but seems to not to see "List item" option at the bottom of the page. Instead the bottom of the page it has "List with displayed  with fees" - when I click on it, the home page appears. Please advise. Thanks ... View more

Hello   I have being using the new personalisation feature, which is great.  However I am running into an issue when a customer buys more than 1 item and they choose a different variation for each one.  Lets just say for example they choose 'pink' for one item and 'blue' for another and they've chosen the names 'Alfie' & 'Ella' - but what Ebay don't tell me is which name was chosen for the pink option and which name was chosen for the blue option.  Instead they give me the variation ID to go with each name- which is a long number like 50393882727223 - I don't know what this variation ID is - its not something I've come up with - so how am I supposed to know how ebay is assigning variation IDs to my products?   Thanks in advance 🙂 ...
