You are not allowed to name on here. Take off that members id

Did you do it through a dispute in the resolutin centre at the bottom of the page?

All you had to do was to open the dispute and the seller would have send a pre paid label for the return

Ebay accept Delivered or Attempted delivery

You escalate the dsipute to ebay if the seller does not refund within 2 days.

If you did not open the dispute and in time then do it now at the bottom of the page Resolution Centre

Put the tracking onto the dispute and escalate to ebay when they say you can

You never deal with it with the seller that is what ebay money back guarantee is there for

You have 30 days to open the dispute

You may need to make sure ebay know the seller gave an in correct address

It may be worth contacting them under seller help at the top of the page

They may be closed now but open at 9am on a weekend

as said you cannot name and shame here and the only way to warn others is by leaving feedback - why not do that?

It sounds as if you faiiled to use the system correctly.  If you do there is no hassle.

You go to the resolution centre [link below] and open a case there.

"Return" for things that you no longer want - you pay the postage

or

"Not as described" where the seller sends label with address for return and you get a full refund
