Winner of one of my auctions revised one of their bids at the last few minutes, but the fees I have to pay havent changed since they revised their bid? The payment information still says the winning bid was £18. The winning bid was £18 but when the listing ended the price was at £17, but when I checked the bidding history it didn't say there was a revision. And the winner of the bid had actually bid nearly 8 times (out of 10 bids) throughout the 10 days it was listed, and bid very early on, so I found it very odd that a person would bid so many times and bump up the price for no reason? What should I do? Is this suspicious or not?
