seller not responding over faulty goods,

Bought a cordless combi drill from Retaille188,in dec.2020.It had a 2yr. garauntee.2 months ago the chuck lock failed.Despite 2 emails to the seller i have no response.On sending the second message,the seller's site came up in chinese!I have tried raising the issue with ebay,they just keep sending me round in circles!!!

Of course you are not going to get anywhere with ebay.

You should be aware that he Money Back Guarantee is only for 30 days, so you are about 5 months too late.

Warranties are between the buyer and seller and NOTHING todo with Ebay. Warranties on Ebay are only as good as your ability to enforce them. Consult Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
