So it says all 10 of my items are active, but only one shows up on my profile. I put all the items but at the same time earlier this morning, it's 6pm now.  None of these items are showing up on my profile. I got a few friends to check on there end and they said they can't see them items. Hi  Advice needed please...   I Advertised an item (Oven) as collection only, had collection location and put in capitals in description collection only.  Item sold and a few days later the buyer requested to cancel the order as they didn't want to collect.   I emailed the buyer to reiterate the advert and description said collection only and the location and would encourage then to arrange a courier.  in this situation do I have to refund?  I can not seem to get through to EBay or get a specific answer other then 'try and give buyer a good experience'    can anybody advise? ... Hi, I seem to have 2 ebay accounts. I have used one for years with no problem.  I ordered an item the other day and realised that it was showing it, on another one of my email accounts, which I have never used before??  The item has since been received so no problem there. If I now delete this 'new' acount, will my original account, that I use all the time stay unaltered, or will I deleat both of my accounts? and should I speak to a person at EBay? Please advise. I have had an issue with a voucher. An answer I have been given by customer services would mean that eBay is guilty of price misrepresentation.  How do I escalate this beyond the 7 different operatives I have so far had contact with? Dear Community,   I am being hassled by a buyer who first did not receive his item - an ipad - then managed to retrieve it from another address.   This was partly my fault, partly Royal Mail's.    It also transpires that I forgot to eliminate the passcode from the ipad, and he has written me 19 messages and counting claiming that he cannot bypass the passcode and access the ipad.     He now has my phone number, Apple ID and password.   Am I right to be suspicious?    I have blocked him as a buyer, but this does not seem to block messages which keep coming. ... I have just received a package from what appears to be an ebay seller?? I cant rememeber ordering it. I cant find any record on ebay or paypal of the purchace. Hello, after posting a buyers item I always used to send them a quick note to say that the item was on it's way and to say thank you for their purchase.  Now when I try to contact the buyer I am always pushed through to the all messages list not to the buyer.
