Hi there Im trying to cancel an item that I bought accidentally, and misstakenly. Unfortunately I also paid for it. First contact the seller had with myself, was that he questioned "would you like this item". I straight up replied noting my mistake and apologised, after which I requested a refund. The seller has now come across aggressive stating " Oi mate, behave" and denied the fact my money was in his account. I opened up a refund/returns procedure with himself but he closed this instantly. Just wondered what grounds I actually have? Bought and paid for the item on the 28/6/2021 Seller contacted me 30/6/2021 I opened a refund procedure 30/6/2021 He closed this the same day. Any help/advice will be appreciated.
