I asked ebay to help me get a refund for an item I had purchased and returned, I explained to ebay the seller had already received it and said he would only give me a partial refund as there was a stain on it, which was untrue, so ebay reviewed the case and found in my favour, but the problem is they asked for me to return the item with the tracking number to be able to get my refund, which I obviously can't do as I had already posted it. ... An item I sold in jan 2021 has now been returned to sender to me (ie the seller)so I wish to get back in contact with the buyer to rearrange delivery......  but as it's now July I am unable to see / access any of the sales records ?
