I ordered an item to be picked up at click and collect .The item did not arrive and I contacted the seller.The seller said that the item had been rejected and returned .What do I do ?

Open ebay case for item not received, escalate after 3 working days.

When item is returned to seller, they can relist, you buy again & get it delivered to your home, much easier.
