I bought a Macbook Pro from a seller claiming to know Macs. He sent the laptop very poorly wrapped in thin bubblewrap and loose in flimsy single cell cardboard box and charged me £25 for it. He sent the package by Parcel Force who have previously destroyed 2 items delivered to me. The PF workers obviously threw the package and it caused internal damage, because when it arrived i found the battery was loose inside with 2 fittings broken, and the battery had impacted against the Logicboard causing the sound to malfuntion. I returned the laptop via MyHermes for £5.80, very well wrapped and secured and with "handle with care" written on the outside. He admitted that he can't repair and it needs a new Logicboard, thanks to his hopelessly inadequate packing. He has now refunded the original price but deducted the return postage from the refund so i am still £5.80 down on a transaction that has taken up many hours of my time. I can't leave feedback because ebay protects the bad sellers. I've had enough of ebay's shoddy service and discrimination against buyers!
