Bought an item and received e-bay message at 9.49 this morning that seller can not now supply. Advises that I should cancel order and he will get in touch when item is available. Replied advising that he has to cancel, not me, and that he should cancel and refund me asap.
Received a message at 12.56 which is exactly the same message as the one timed at 9.49!
Can't contact e-bay and seller does not seem or want to understand that he has to cancel and refund money paid.
Know he is a new seller but can't contact e-bay for any help as item delivery is not until 19th July.
What do I do?
If the seller does not cancel you will have to wait until after the estimated delivery date and open a "not received" case. Don't forget to escalate after 3 working days and then you'll get your money back.
