Did you mean:

Totally unresponsive seller

Anonymous
Not applicable

I successfully bid for 10 beer mats and requested (twice) a revised invoice to account for discounted postage charge for multiple items as suggested on seller's site. No response!

I then emailed seller direct to request combined postage invoice. No response!

I emailed seller to ask him to cancel the sales. No response!

Items are now well past payment due time, still sat on my unpaids. Postage would be £34 for 10 beer mats - totally unreasonable. I am concerned my payment record may be affected. Seller now has no other items showing for sale.

Any advice?

Ebays new non payment function they will send reminders and if you have not paid then either ebay or the seller can cancel the transaction

Problem is you would get a non payment strike on every item if you bought them seperate

If you do then all you can do is to appeal to ebay stating that the seller offers combined postage but would not respond.

Infortunately they may still go with the seller

10 non payments would make it hard to buy off many sellers

It is very bad of the seller not to do as they said

If it did go to non payments you can not leave feedback either to say why you had a problem
