Item developed a fault after purchase.

I bought a wristband for my daughter in March. At  first it was fine but in the last month the battery will not hold its charge. I have had the same wristband for step, heart rate etc for over a year with no problems. I have had no reponse form the company although I have emailed them 4 times via eBay. Any suggestions? ... Cancelled return after selecting wrong reason

I wanted to return an item because it (clothing) was larger than they described it, and as such this should be a free return under ebay's policy. I selected "wrong size" as the reason, because it is, but this said the return shipping would cost more than the item itself, so I closed the menu to start again, but this shut down the entire return request and now I can't try again or contact any staff. I've contacted the seller, but they haven't responded, and since I closed the return on my own I expect they don't have to do anyhing and they can keep my money. What can I do? ... View more

scammers?

I paid £150 for a sofa on Ebay. The seller then refused to let me have the sofa as they said that they could not see that the money had been paid. They say that I have a dispute with Ebay as they have taken the money. Ebay are proving impossible to contact. They seem to want to block any provision of a contact number so the issue can be discussed in detail. In stead I have been asked to fill in a return for an item which I never received. When I said that I wanted a return I meant the £150 which I paid to Ebay not the sofa. So I canceled the return and now Ebay are even harder to get hold of. What should I do next. Should I complain to trading standards, Watch dog or an Ombudsman? I want my £150 back and some sort of communication. Frustrated

Hi, I was showing the mrs Ebay and accidentally ordered a washing machine from Argos, tried to cancel it straight away and got the message can't cancel it, it's been posted on the 30th. Not item I paid for

I paid for an item on 19th March 2021. After a long wait what arrived in early july was some switch unit. I had sent a few messages asking about the delay in shipping. The reply I kept getting was because of covid there will be a delay. Because of this delay any links to make a complaint to ebay has been closed. I paid EUR 350 + shipping and taxs of ERU 98.49 . Ebay blocked my bids

Ive tried to bid on jewellery ebay said i csnt as ive 2 umpaid . This was due to the fact that paypal were having difficulties and it took over a week to resolve. Thus i couldnt pay.
