Search issue

buyer can't pay for the item they've won and wants me to cancel.

HELP! Hello all I'm hoping someone can help me. Someone has won an auction of mine but I've just received a rather rude message from her mother saying her daughter bid on it but can't pay and told me to cancel it. It's over £60 in money and I'm only selling personal possessions because of my current circumstances meaning it's "needs must". What I want to know is can I offer the item ( a white gold ring) to the next lowest bidder or do I have to re-list and hope for the best? Bad seller

Absolutely appalling service paid for express postage and item hasn’t arrived after 8 days when I asked to be compensated for the delay in postage I was told I would be reported to eBay for threatening behaviour. Will be leaving eBay as a result of this ordeal after years of nothing but PROMT friendly service from hundreds of other sellers. Buying

I bought an air cooler at 5.34pm and realised there was no remote which I need as I'm disabled So I cancelled at 6.20pm and messaged the seller twice with no response then at 7.55pm it was dispatched which I don't know how anyway cos post office closed But it was an hour and half after my request to cancel so it hadn't been sent at all when I requested to cancel Not happy especially as its a large item and is gonna cost a lot to return plus the seller didn't reply to my messages  ... Searching for seller in advanced search not working

As I have an eBay account but my wife doesn't, items she wants to buy I search for on my computer using advanced search for the sellers account name. But recently this does not find the seller, returning:   "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. Ebay not accept Bank Statement from Payoneer. Hold Payout.

After stop Ebay to have Paypal as partner ask from sellers to give IBAN. I can not give my personal IBAN for Tax reasons. I had take IBAN from  Payoneer.   After 1 month than Ι declare IBAN,  Ebay  hold all payout from all my stores because Bank Statement from Payoneer (Citibank) is not  directly from Citibank but through Payoneer. I have contact and with Payoneer and told my that Ebay must you send a link to connect Ebay with Payoneer. Ebay not send my this link after 10 days.   Any solution ?
