postal workers still working with social distancing measures

Does ebay understand that the in Royal mail sorting offices, are still working under social distancing measures and therefore cannot guarantee any postal delivery times? and what are ebay doing to protect sellers acounts against this ongoing problem, thanks

Wise sellers are increasing their handling times by a couple of days to make up for it, and ebay have been removing late dispatch defects for the asking in most cases.

really because if i appeal a defect it's automatically declined, but that's not the point is it, ebay obviously know of the issue! why have they not extended the seller protection for this?

ok i've been wise and increased dispatch to 3 days, who should i contact to try and resolve my late delivery marks in which we have no control whatsoever of? please and thanks
