I need advice please. I guessed postage thinking it would be £2.80 . It turned out to be 85p .
I have a message from the buyer
saying 'Thanks for the doll, she arrived safely today and I am pleased with her. I noticed the package was posted as a large letter rather than the parcel rate I was charged for- I know this happens to me sometimes at the post office- would you mind refunding me the difference please? Thanks!
Is this right do I have to refund excess postage. It cost me petrol to get to the post office the envelope sellotape and bubble wrap costs money as well .
What do I do please?
I am suprised that the doll got through as a large letter.
You dont have to refund the difference and there is no dispute for postage on ebay
It is up to you as the buyer agreed to the postage when she bought the item
On the other hand would you want an unhappy customer
P& P is postage and packaging and ebay charge 10% on the postage too
