ihave sent messages and ihave rung and exsplained short term problem and i was told that if the thing was sorted by tuesday as i have been promised then if not ring up and ihave sent 2 messages through ebay to the seller and explained that i had to rely on the system . nobody is listening to me every 2 minites  i get told to sort it now as if im not it on purposeand so they have shut account as if im a criminal and i am upset now because people dont communicate.

Ok,  you are not telling us here,  the full story,  and it is difficult to make out exactly what has happened,  'what thing was sorted' ?  Have you not received an item?  

Please come back and explain fully what you have experienced,  then hopefully someone here can help you.
