payment pending issue

I placed on order for some gemstones 2 weeks ago. The item still says payment pending. I have e-mailed the seller & he has not replied. What do I do?

It would help to know anbit about the seller! 

 

Does it show as paid in your purchases?  Did you pay by Paypal? If you look at the Paypal Payment is there the option to cancel, if so there is an error at the sellers end! They have the wrong email for payments, and if you do not cancel the money will return to you after 30 days.

 

Is it a New Seller? Again if so they have got something wrong.

 

If you can cancel the Paypal Payment, do so.  If not open a Not Received Case as soon as the expected delivery date has passed.
