Hi folks,

I have got a "buy now" listing for sale at £36.

I have got a potential buyer who's been watching this item for quite sometime now and this buyer offered me £30 privately (I do not officially accept offers) and said he/she'd collect the item at my address.

Has anyone had this situation before?

If happy with £30, revise listing & they can buy, 

if you do off ebay deal, they may suspend both of you.
