how to email ebay before taking legal action

Hi Guys I wanted to email emay to summarise my case and request information from ebay to start legal action against them.

Anyone know ebay email address which thye actually monitor?

Below are the points I wanted them to email

  • I have had no single response from the buyer.
  • He didn’t return the fridge and I didn't get paid for it.
  • I have received negative feedback, which ebay didn’t remove upon my request.
  • I have reported buyer to ebay explaining that fridge was collected in person and buyer satisfied himself with the condition of the item.
  • Item listing contain link to youtube video explaining that fridge will be solls without being cleaned inside.
  • I called ebay many times and I have recorded all my calls and informed people I was speaking to about the purpose of the phone call and recording.
  • I was misled by one of your employees who informed me that I’ll receive payment for the fridge and negative feedback will be removed because the item was COLLECTED IN PERSON BY the BUYER.

Now ebay decided that I’ll not get money for item which was sold and buyer collected it in person.

Ebay decided that buyer doesn’t have to return the item which I have sold to him.

Ebay decided that negative feedback will stay on my account.

Therefore I have no choice as to start legal proceedings against ebay.co.uk and the buyer (I have removed  his name for data protection).

I am requesting you to provide within 3 working days from the date of this email (19/07/2021) below:

  1. The legal entity for ebay.co.uk
  2. Information about your service regulator e.g. FCA
  3. All communication between ebay and the buyer
  4. All communication between ebay and the seller
  5. Outcome and of appeals and the policies which you have used to make the decision in favor of the buyer.

However for now -

"Hi Guys I wanted to email emay to summarise my case and request information from ebay to start legal action against them."

No one, company or not is obliged to help to build a case against themselves, information can only be forced from the other party when an actual case is in progress and then there's a procedure.

you should be aware that the 94 word false positive you left thew buyer is looked upon, by eBay, as serious feedback abuse.
