A beautiful and much loved vintage CD player that was working perfectly has been damaged during transport. I offered next day delivery to limit any possible damage and it was marked fragile. Unfortunately as it was purchased by a buyer in Germany, transport was then organised by ebay. In any event the CD player arrived damaged and the buyer reports that there are several loose parts. How do i go about claiming on the insurance as I cannot find anything in the FAQs regarding this type of dilemma.
Was it sent through the global shipping programme?
