how to block an abusive message - seller

Hi

I want to block an abusive message sender.

Tried the option where you block buyers, but it would not accept the username, although it is correct.

I have reported him to ebay, although they don't give the outcome, which doesn't mean much really.

This is a selller who opened a case against me for not returning an item, although he had signed for it.

Any advice welcome please.

adding to the advice already given -

You can report the abusive feedback you got as a negative comment that conflicts with the positive comment [false positive] and eBay will remove the comment and place a policy violation on the sellers account.
