how do i block a buyer

Hi can anyone help i have someone that keeps bidding on same item winning it but then doesnt pay i have blocked him

but he still keeps doing it so blocking someone isnt working can anyone help

You do definitely have to block this ' buyer'.

Go to Account tab  >>  Site Preferences >>  Buyer Requirements >>  Block Buyers who.....   and add that member's ID.

Have  you opened unpaid item cases for all the items they have bought and not paid for? 

You will have paid a seller fee the second the item sold,  and you have 32 days from point of sale to open those cases,  closing them on day 5 refunds your seller fee.

That what I have done to block this person but he still bids I rang ebay & they told me what to do but he still bid & won it & yet again not paid
