hiding items I've been outbid on

is it possible to hide items I have been outbid on.

I don't care about them once I've been outbid. I am never going over that price so its just annoying noise.

in fact I would like to remove all alerts and that red dot.

Go to the left of the item click the little box there and scroll up to Delete.

Not sure if this is possible on the hapless ebay app,  but it certainly is when using a laptop / PC / browser but not IE.

Thanks. I've hidden it using the method you describe and it still pops up on both mobile and desktop.

It's gone from "bids and offers" but I get a "you've been outbid" alert everytime someone puts a new bid on.

I doubt it's possible to get rid of because they want you to "increase your bid" and "not let it get away".

What I'm doing on desktop is I've used uBlock Origin to remove the "alerts" entirely.

Oh you mean the auction is still running then yes, you cannot cancel it. Sorry I thought this was an auction completley ended
