fraudulent seller

Placed bid for 4 items from a seller, then received a message from "another seller" offering 2 items what the first seller did'nt have. The first seller through messages openly admitted they had passed my details to the second seller ????? I contacted E-BAY as I was,and not happy about this and tried to cancel my bid/offer,but now have a non payment case against me. As far as I'm concerned this is a case of "fraud" and corruption.........E-BAY are still allowing this seller to trade as E-BAY are only bothered about making money...........sooner it gets sorted the sooner i get finished with these clowns..............a well peed off e-bayer

Well it's certainly not "fraud". To me it seems more like a seller [misguidedly] trying to provide exceptionally good customer service!

If you have won something [from the first seller] then of course you have to pay!  If you do not then you will get [possibly two] defects and - whatever you may think - many sellers will not sell to you.

There is no reason to think that the items will not arrive and provided that the second seller is dealing through eBay there is no particular objection although you do not have to do anything.

It "may" be that the sellers are related or associated
