e-bay fault on system for weekis and still on ??????

A "FAULT" on system and has been a fault for weks, is still on system .ring up to complain and get told e=bay are aware of this and technicians are working on it ??????????? it was O.K. until they fixed it when are you ( e-bay ) going to sort it........
