I sold some leggings and the buyer apprantly didnt recieve them , so i sent out another pair. still the buyer said she didnt recieve them.
So she complaint to ebay and got a refund.
I told the buyer i had the receipt and showed her the proof of postage and she complaint to ebay that she never recieved no items.
So i have down 2 items in my stock, paid for postage 2 times and going to get a negative, is this fair?
Just from the attitude of the customer , I could tell that shes doing me over. I sent it by first class delievery , there is no tracking on there. ebay should take the option of then before we sell anything.
Has anyone else experianced the same thing........
