hi peeps

my ebay account is linked to a paypal mastercard

that is registered to my business 

is there a issue between ebay and paypal 

i sold an item on ebay 

my customer paid with paypal on march 11th

my customer told me that the money had gone from his account

but ebay held onto the money for over two weeks 

saying that it would clear by april 1st

so paypal paying into a paypal account 

and its held back by ebay

someone advise please 

because i am totally confused now

in the end i canceled

Not a good start to cancel sold item.

All new sellers are suject to paypal 21 day hold on funds.

the advert on tv says sell and make extra money but if people have to wait 3 weeks for their money then that sort of defeats the object people sell because they need the money now not in 3 weeks time the thing was it was a paypal mastcard the money goes into this means the payment source is confirmed and is sustainable like ie i have another 2 ebay shops and was just a new shop thats all
