I had a case that ebay found in my favour how can i get my money ?i have been waiting since the 19Th April , i have made contact most daye and just keep getting the same old escuse it could take 10 Days WHY!!!
If you opened a case and eBay found in your favour then you will get a refund; it is automatic. Pestering eBay really will not speed things up! If you paid by Paypal then the refund goes there. If you paid by Debit Card through Paypal then the refund goes to your card and may take 7 to 10 days to show and if you used a Credit Card through paypal then - again - the money goes back to the card and may take even longer, up to 30 days we hear.
