ebay final value charges…..discounts offers

Can someone please tell me if paypal charges are included in any ebay special discount offers for final sale charges.

I was offerd a %75 discount off final value sales, which is very nice. I was wondering if the paypal charges for receiving the payment are also discounted.

i mean its all part of the final value sales.

assistance is appreciated.

The offer only applies to the ebay final selling fee, paypal still charge their standard fee for processing the buyer's payment, no discount there.
