Has anyone else had this problem? I can't hear, so need to email their customer support, but the many times I have tried, it merely produces a generic response that it can't process the email request at this time. It is just so frustrating and seem typical of the non existant help.Willing to take our money, but don't follow through or make it easy to get help
eBay don't deal with many issues via email, they try to push people to their help or policy pages or here.
Is it a problem that's unique to your account?
Perhaps somebody here can help.
