eBay not processing my payments

Tried pay pal 2 different cards and tried direct on card and won’t let me buy things billing address etc all match ?

There have been several reports recently from members not being able to pay.

Whether this is a sporadic glitch, and may resolve itself just by trying a little later on.  Or,  if not call Paypal,  they are very helpful up there in Paypal Towers.
