Hi there.

I listed an item during to sell after I’d received an email that went along the lines of ‘pay when you sell’ it contained information that told me I only had to pay the subscription fees when the item was sold.

The item didn’t sell yet I’ve still been charged ?

Has anyone come across this ?

You added a listing upgrade, a reserve, you didn't read the T&Cs of the offer.

lol no we all make mistakes. Reserves are charged at 4 % on the reserve price and payable even if the item does not sell. Just start an auction off at the lowest price you will be happy to sell it for. This acts as a free reserve as buyers cannot bid below this start price.
