Anyone got any information on this? This email is not monitored csfeedback@go.ebay.com No complains information online either. This is not a complaint against a user/buyer/seller its with the company after a very bad customer service experience that is still not resolved. Thanks in advance.
The best way to get a response from eBay is twitter.
As a new tweeter/twitterer/tweetist I've had quite a bit of fun, I mean serious dialogue talking to eBay on there:
Use @askeBay
(I should also add, I'm following God, Santa Claus and a pigeon all of whom also reply quite quickly too)
Is this the ' entering tracking / 16 digit number' before last EDD? Is this now no longer in force ? @captain*obvious
"bad customer service experience"
If only you gave some details, we could probably tell you why it is not resolved.
If you think that contacting and speaking to someone in the Philipinnes will solve anything, then I am afraid you are mistaken, if the answer isn't on their script (set answers) then they will tell you anything.
Unlike almost all other mayor companies, eBay has no procedure for considering complaints about itself.
The only contact options provided are for eBay customer support, where staff are not equipped to answer complaints about eBay. Users who have tried to press the point have reported being cut off.
You can write to eBay's HQ in London, the address is at the start of the user agreement.
To the best of my knowledge we have never heard from anyone who has had a reply. This doesn't mean that no-one has had a reply, only that if they have, they've never come back here to tell us.
If you do write to eBay, do please let us know whether you received a satisfactory response.
Why do you need to complain
The address to write to is on the user agreement at the bottom of the page.
Most problems are sorted out on ebay through the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
if you put your problem here we may be able to help
If you have s complaint about eBay you have to write to the address in the eBay user agreement.
Please come back and explain what situation you experienced, and we will probably be able to advise you how to proceed.
