Anyone got any information on this? This email is not monitored csfeedback@go.ebay.com No complains information online either. This is not a complaint against a user/buyer/seller its with the company after a very bad customer service experience that is still not resolved. Thanks in advance.
The best way to get a response from eBay is twitter.

Is this the ' entering tracking / 16 digit number' before last EDD? Is this now no longer in force ? @captain*obvious
