I ordered an item back in April and didn't arrive,so i contacted the seller so they said they would send me another one. and that didn't arrive, that was due 2 weeks ago.
they have said that they have tried to refund me,but paypal/ebay won't allow them, As it is coming from Hongkong it will take another 30-35 working days. I have a feeling because the 60 days resolution claim is over i am stuck and will not get my money back. I have tried to find a solution on ebay but can't find one.Can anyone help

This is a common trick used by sellers in the far east. They aim to run you out of time for an ebay dispute and also make sure you run out of time for leaving feedback.
Log into your paypal account and use the resolution process over there. Just make sure you ignore any references to the fact it was an ebay purchase. Make sure you continue with the paypal one. For an item not received you c an escalate to a claim immediately, but must do so within 20 days of opening the case. paypal ususally take a week to decide a case.
