Buyer has bought and paid in full inc, post for 4 items before I could raise an invoice. All 4 could be packed as 1 item saving on postage . How can I resolve this ?
Combined shipping on eBay is only available BEFORE the buyer pays
Once a buyer has paid you can only make a partial refund via Paypal......this will reduce the fees you pay on Paypal but eBay will still charge the full fees on the original P&P....so you need to reduce the amount you refund by 10%
