Hi all, i have 4 seperate auction listings that have 3 days to run only 1 has a bid,i have received a offer for 3 of the items as a buy it now which i want to accept how do i proceed as a buy it now format,thanks regards.

You don't. You cannot do anything with the one with a bid. Any of the others you just make the prices total the offer, they bid and you then go to more actions END > Sell to highest bidder. Once sold you then using more actions again use Send Payment Details, amend P & P and send.
The one with a bid already, you have no idea what the maximum bid placed could be and it would be VERY poor selling not to let it run to the end. If this is one of the 3 then the person offering to buy must bid until they show as Highest Bidder then you can end and sell to them. You could then adjust the other prices accordingly.
