The seller agreed to send an item not using the international global system. the seller agreed a lower price of postage using the royal mail 'small packet'.
I agreed to this.
I made a bid and won the item.
the seller then messaged me that he could not alter the original postage costs. but that I should pay 3.50 which he said is shown on the item.
The price shown on my page was 15.67 and I copied this for the seller to see and sent via messages.
The seller has not answered any of my further messages.
i was in contact with the help center and was given some alternatives to recommend to the seller so that the purchase could continue without me having to pay the excessive cost of 15.67 gbp.
I have now sent the seller 4 messages over the last 4 days and have had no replies.....I even sent a message via his email.
I want to cancel this item but without the co-operation of the seller it is impossible.
paypal are urging me to pay for the item.....I have a reputation of being a good payer and ebayer....
Help
I don't know what the help centre has told you, but if the seller is in the global shipping program he cannot change it during a transaction.
