**bleep**..... Round and around

I have been backwards and forwards, up and down trying to find the online chat assistant on Ebay.  The link was there the other evening, and no nowhere to be found.

I am angry, so nothing is going to make me feel better than being bounced around your unhelpful website with stupid links to irrelevant information.

I don't want to wait 31 minutes for a phone call.

It's your sucky website that has YET AGAIN defrauded me out of cash through some dodgy seller.

Tired of this crime riddled, user unfriendly sad excuse for a service.

Please believe us that it is very rarely needed to contact or speak to eBay.  There are systems which allow you to deal with problems. The advantage of that is that you will know the problem 100% and you will know what is going on at all times providing that you follow the process.

You can phone eBay and they use "03" numbers which are the same as any other number and in most cases are "free" being included in a mobile or landline package.  If you do phone and the assistant does not fully understand what you are talking about you may not get the result you hoped for.

As suggested if you like to tell us [members like you, with a lot of eBay experience] what the problem is then we will - I am sure - try to point you as to what to do.

A Happy New Year anyway
