i purchased an awning via Ebay less than 3 months ago, it has developed a faulty part and I have asked Sunny - Garden for help ,I have sent 5 Emails to various people asociated with this company and none have been answered , on checking the background of this company it all looks a bit funny , can anyone suggest what i do next.
Ebay/paypal don't get involved with guarantees.
I assume it was UK business seller, if so contact CAB for advice.
