Words banned from Ebay feedback forms

Why does ebay ban legitimate words that are not offensive from their online feedback forms, yet allow derogatory and vulgar terms instead?

I bought an item of special underwear that was called a "**bleep** sleeve/ cover pouch" which is basically a sleeve worn over the **bleep** and scrotum as underwear

. When I tried to place feedback after getting reminders from Ebay to do so, it would not allow me to use the word PEN1S as part of the description of the item, although this is what the name is and what it is listed as. Ebay's message was "We do not allow swear words". However, trying other vulgar substitutes such as DICK and C0CK seem to work, so please explain this!!

Oh dear.  You have come up against eBay's bots.  They sometimes pick up words across a space too.  "Do not wash it" would offend them.

I "foolishly" and in the interest of education and science looked at the link to the item.  I learn something new at times from eBay.
