Why eBay fees suddenly go up too much ?

I think before 10% was reasonable, but now nearly double,  too much.

Oh dear this old chestnut again!  EBay did indeed charge 10% previously and Paypal charged 2.9% plus 30p.  Now eBay charges 12.8% [+ 30p?] - no Paypal - so that is a tiny, tiny improvement.

Not double at all unless you are adding costly extras

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I sold item £9.99 (+£3.50 postage) , been charged £2.03; Sold item £27.50 (+£4.50, over 1 kg), been charged £5.90 (see photo)...very unfair. Anyway, this is not your fault, but eBay policy is not attractive at all.

if the buyer was overseas you will have been charged more, paypal used to do this as well, it is no different
