Where has live chat gone?

Hi, does live chat still exist?  I need to contact ebay over a scammer buyer who has received the item (tracked and signed for) and then reversed the payment directly via paypal rather than opening a dispute over ebay.  I know ebay wont do anything about the scammer but at the very least I want to get my final value fee back.  In the past when I've had issues such as this I have been able to quickly resolve it via live chat, but I cannot find this option anywhere on the ebay website.  Anybody got a link?

Do as tobias says,  I have had two of these cases,  both closed in my favour,  money refunded,  fees refunded,  and best of all no need to pay Paypal's charges of £14.

So enter a copy of that proof of postage into the chargeback case.  As long as you posted the item to the Paypal address on the transaction,  it will take Paypal around 2 weeks to look into the matter,  and then will notify you that  charges will be refunded to you.

Live chat is not always available.

But if buyer has done charge back, can only be done via paypal, this can happen up to 13 months after sale (so you need to keep POP for this long).

Then all you need to do is provide proof of posting to buyer's paypal address.
