Hi, does live chat still exist? I need to contact ebay over a scammer buyer who has received the item (tracked and signed for) and then reversed the payment directly via paypal rather than opening a dispute over ebay. I know ebay wont do anything about the scammer but at the very least I want to get my final value fee back. In the past when I've had issues such as this I have been able to quickly resolve it via live chat, but I cannot find this option anywhere on the ebay website. Anybody got a link?

Live chat is not always available.
But if buyer has done charge back, can only be done via paypal, this can happen up to 13 months after sale (so you need to keep POP for this long).
Then all you need to do is provide proof of posting to buyer's paypal address.
